Due to our commitment to eco-friendly practices and sustainability, all our apparel is custom-made on demand, meaning we don't accept refunds or returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days, and we'll promptly resolve the issue at our expense to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please read below for exchanges and other stipulations. ❗❗
1. **Digital Products**
- All digital products are **non-returnable** and **non-refundable**. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Please ensure that your purchase meets your needs before completing the transaction.
2. **Accessories Made from Recycled Materials**
- Our accessories, crafted from recycled materials, are part of our commitment to supporting detox earth non-profits and The Women's Foundation. As such, these items are **non-returnable** and **non-refundable**. We encourage mindfulness and careful consideration before purchasing these eco-friendly products.
3. **Tees and Apparel**
- We offer exchanges for tees and apparel that are not final sale items. The item must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- Refunds: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. **We do not refund for buyers remorse due to the nature of customization.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

You have 30 days to initiate an exchange and 7 days to initiate a ticket for a defective product after received.
The garment must be in it's original condition, not worn and not washed. If your product qualifies for an exchange, use link below to contact us.
Customers must contact us to intiate the exchange: Explain your fitting issue and new size request and a customer rep will get back to you within 48 hours for return instructions.
