   - All digital products are **non-returnable** and **non-refundable**. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Please ensure that your purchase meets your needs before completing the transaction.

2. **Accessories Made from Recycled Materials**
   - Our accessories, crafted from recycled materials, are part of our commitment to supporting detox earth non-profits and The Women's Foundation. As such, these items are **non-returnable** and **non-refundable**. We encourage mindfulness and careful consideration before purchasing these eco-friendly products.

3. **Tees and Apparel**
   - We offer exchanges for tees and apparel that are not final sale items. The item must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed. 

WHY? Due to our commitment to eco-friendly practices and sustainability, all our apparel is custom-made on demand. However, if your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll promptly resolve the issue at our expense to ensure your complete satisfaction.

   - Refunds: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.  **We do not refund for buyers remorse due to the nature of customization.
